Payment Terms

We accept the following payment methods: PayPal, ZEN, online card payments, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and direct bank transfers. All payments must be made in advance unless otherwise agreed. Orders will only be processed upon successful receipt of payment.

Return & Refund Policy

We only accept returns for products that are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Used items will not be accepted under any circumstances. Customers must notify us of any return requests within 14 days of receiving the product. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CUT AND ROLL S.C. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Shipping Terms and Customs Responsibility

All international shipments made by CUT AND ROLL S.C. K.SZUBIAK P.RAFAŁ M.CUDAK are carried out under the DAP (Delivered at Place) Incoterms 2020 rule. Under this delivery term, we are responsible for delivering the goods to the agreed destination in the buyer's country; however, all customs duties, import taxes, clearance costs, and any additional local fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

It is the buyer’s obligation to:

Know and understand the applicable import regulations in their country;

Cover all costs related to customs clearance;

Cooperate with their local customs broker to ensure timely and lawful release of the goods;

Provide accurate and complete customs information if requested by authorities.

CUT AND ROLL S.C. shall not be held liable for any delays, penalties, or additional charges resulting from the buyer’s lack of compliance with import laws or failure to take appropriate action during customs clearance.

Force Majeure

CUT AND ROLL S.C. K.SZUBIAK P.RAFAŁ M.CUDAK shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations under these terms due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, civil unrest, pandemics, labor strikes, governmental actions, or failures of suppliers or subcontractors.
