If an order paid by bank transfer must be canceled or refunded for any reason, we may deduct the bank transaction fees from the refund amount.

We only accept returns of unused products in original condition and packaging.

Used products cannot be returned, unless they qualify for warranty repair.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

All returns must be shipped to our warehouse in Poland.
